25eight currently operates three to four cohorts a year of the Next-Level Growth Program direct to business.

These usually commence (but can be subject to change) in the following months:

  • February/March

  • April/May

  • July

  • August/September

We also run programs in local regions in partnership with government agencies and industry organisations. By entering your postcode, we’ll also inform you of any subsidised program you may be eligible for.

By signing up to the waitlist, you will only receive information relevant to upcoming cohorts of Next-Level Growth Program.

We do marketing differently at 25eight and we will not use any urgency tactics, upsells or false information to get you to sign up to the program. Our preference is that we get fully committed business owners/leaders who want to benefit from our support. This may mean we get less people, however, we’ll be fully transparent on the process and the outcomes and benefits other business leaders have experienced and if that sounds like something you are interested in, please sign up.

  • Sam Hurley is your head coach and brings deep experience in business leadership, education and strategic capability building, and has spent over a decade working directly with small business owners at critical growth stages.

    She personally trains all of 25eight’s coaches who all have built successful businesses themselves.

    You’ll meet Sam in a workshop or 1:1 and be matched with a coach and mentor who best meets your goals and industry needs.

    Rather than positioning themselves as “gurus” or experts with all the answers, Sam and the Coach’s role is to help leaders think more clearly, ask better questions, and build confidence in their own decisions.

    This approach is grounded in:

    • real experience working across industries and regions

    • a strong understanding of how adults learn and apply knowledge

    • a commitment to ethical, human-centred coaching practices

    The goal isn’t dependency on the coach or mentor, it’s capability for you as a business leader to make your own decisions.
