‘Innovate’ Business Growth Program
Our award nominated business growth program took our successful formula to a group of motivated business owners in City of Wyndham. The addition of community and regular group coaching created amazing results for every participant.
Trade Event Ready Program
In partnership with the Australian Defence Export Office, for four years 25eight delivered the TER to over 500 Australian businesses to help them best present their business at international trade events.
Digital Support Program for Business
In partnership with Colac Otway Shire Council and on behalf of the Regional Growth Fund, 25eight delivered a 2 x 12 week business support program to increase participation in the digital economy for small business.
The Startup Marketing Program
Funded by LaunchVic over 12 months The Startup Marketing Program supported 100 Victorian Startups through a series of programs delivered throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria.

Latrobe City Council Next-Level Growth Program
Next-Level Growth Program
Designed exclusively for Industry Capability Network subscribers, this 12 week program provided targeted support to helps SMEs expand into new markets. Through a comprehensive diagnostic, education and expert coaching and connections to Industry, participants built awareness for their business whilst getting invaluable feedback and guidance, accelerating their progress.
This version of 25eight’s award nominated program aimed to uplift small and medium sized business in a region experiencing market changes and transitions. This program is being run alongside the Latrobe City Council Industry Growth Program to ensure all size of businesses are supported during this time.
The impact achieved from the first delivery of the Next-Level Growth Program on behalf of our partner, City of Whittlesea, was part of the award application to Economic Development Australia. With a completion rate above 80% and an World Class NPS as well as 100% rate in skill acquisition, this cost effective program strengthened the local ecosystem. This has since been replicated in City of Ballarat for two more cohorts.
