How much time will this actually take?

Plan for one to two focused hours a week of implementation across eight weeks on the Next-Level Growth Program. About ten more hours are scheduled, as four two-hour workshops and three thirty-minute coaching sessions. Lead with AI asks more, and the answer is program-specific rather than one blended number.

The time question is the one owners ask last and worry about first. It deserves a real answer with the implementation time included.

Here's the arithmetic for the Structured Next-Level Growth Program, which is the option most owners take.

Key takeaways

  • Scheduled time across the eight weeks is roughly ten hours: four two-hour workshops and three thirty-minute coaching sessions.
  • Implementation between sessions is one to two focused hours a week on this pathway, and it's your own work rather than homework.
  • Workshops fall in weeks one, three, five and eight, so the load is uneven by design and the gaps are where the building happens.
  • Coaching sessions are booked around you, at the three moments they help most.
  • If a few hours a week is genuinely impossible right now, that's worth knowing before you enrol rather than in week three.

The scheduled time, exactly

Four live group workshops, held online, two hours each. They open each phase of the work in weeks one, three, five and eight.

Three one-to-one coaching sessions of thirty minutes, booked directly with your coach at times that suit you. They sit at the points where they change the outcome: interpreting your diagnostic, refining your strategy, and pressure-testing your implementation plan.

That is about ten hours of fixed commitment across two months. Everything else is yours to schedule.

The implementation time, honestly

Between workshops you apply what you have built, in your business, with the online pathway and templates guiding each step. Your coach reviews your key outputs, so nothing you build goes unseen.

Plan for one to two focused hours a week. Some weeks it will be less, because the step is a decision rather than a document. Some weeks it will be more, particularly the week you work through your financial model or your Business Brain, and owners consistently tell us those are the weeks that pay for the program.

The word doing the work in that sentence is focused. Two uninterrupted hours will get further than five hours in fifteen-minute fragments between customer calls. If your week has no uninterrupted hours in it at all, that is a real finding, and it is usually the constraint the program is going to address anyway. Why do I never get to the work that actually matters? covers that pattern.

What the time replaces

Most of the work is your real work. You're going to think about pricing, positioning, your next hire and where the business is heading whether or not you enrol. The program gives that thinking a structure, a deadline and someone who reads it back to you.

So the reality is that a portion of the hours are new and the rest are hours you were already spending less deliberately. Owners who treat the program as an extra project on top of the business tend to find it heavy. Owners who bring their actual decisions into it tend to find it lighter than they expected.

The other two options take different shapes

Self-Guided runs at your own pace, with the diagnostic, a thirty-minute debrief and your tailored learning plan. The total work is similar and you choose the timings.

Working privately is paced around your business, with the same eight-week horizon for having a system in place, delivered when it suits your schedule rather than at scheduled times.

Lead with AI is a longer commitment and its numbers are determined by the different option. Plan for two to three focused hours a week of implementation, on top of the scheduled sessions and one-to-ones already included in that program. If you are weighing the two, what is the difference between the Next-Level Growth Program and Lead with AI? sets them side by side.

When the answer is no, or not yet

There are two situations where the time genuinely doesn't work

The first is a fixed season. If you run a business with a hard peak, a tax deadline or a build that lands across those eight weeks, take the next cohort. The work needs attention, and the outcome suffers when it doesn't get it because you're too focused on something else.

The second is a business in acute crisis. If this quarter is about survival week to week, structured capability building may not be what you need right now. Please get in touch and we can make a heartfelt recommendation on what's best to do.

Feeling like you're falling behind mid-program is a different matter and it's totally normal. The rhythm is designed to catch it and your coach adjusts the pace with you. What if I cannot attend every session? covers what actually happens.

Frequently asked questions

How much time each week?

There's no single blended number, because it differs by program. On the Next-Level Growth Program, plan for one to two focused hours a week of implementation, on top of about ten hours of scheduled sessions across the eight weeks. On Lead with AI, plan for two to three focused hours a week, on top of that program's own scheduled sessions and one-to-ones. But as the saying goes, you get out what you put in, so the more time you can dedicate to it, the more you will benefit from it.

Are the workshops recorded?

Yes. We recommend being there live, because you'll get a lot of the value from being there, but the recording means you don't miss out.

How long before I see something change?

Sooner for clarity, longer for commercial results. How long does it take to see results from a business program? gives the honest version. We don't make any guarantees because every situation is different, but you can see alumni feedback on our website and in that article to help you consider what this means for you.

What happens to the time commitment after the program ends?

It drops to a ninety-day rhythm through the twelve weeks of CEO Circle Starter membership included with every option, which is a quarterly check that the plan you made is still the plan you're working.

Can I bring someone from my team so it is not all on me?

On the Structured Next-Level Growth Program the platform access is yours and we assume that the owner will work through most of the decisions, however, working privately includes team access and a facilitated team session, which is designed for when you want to bring your team along in the process.

How do I know it is the right time?

The Capability Snapshot takes under ten minutes and gives you an honest understanding on where the business is and which pathway fits.
